The machine is suitable for grinding and polishing exterior edge of shaped glass. By changing grinding wheel of different shape, flat edge with arris, pencil edge, bevel edge and OG edge can be processed. The height of spindle can be adjusted easily. The pneumatic cylinder makes it possible that round and simple shape glass can be processed automatically. Table turning speed can be adjusted thought stepless regulator.

ZX100 glass drilling machine

This machine adopt time relay controller and oil buff technology.  The centering of drill hole can be positioned by means of mechanical method or laser.  Pneumatic clamper grip glass with adjustable pressure.  The machine has two working status: manual & automatic.  In manual mode, the machine only work one cycle.  In automatic mode, the machine works continuously.  The machine is featured by its high working efficiency, low glass damage and easy operation.

Vertical glass sandblasting machine

The machine is controlled by the PLC, suitable for processing 5-30mm thickness of flat glass and steric pattern.  Glass is conveyed by the belts, when glass arrive to the place for sandblasting, the guns which are drive by belt will move up-and-down and spurt out sand. The height and the width of sandblasting can be adjusted according to the requirement. The advantages of the belts are stable transmission, high efficiency and easy maintenance. The drive structure of the sandblasting gun is outside the machine which make benefited to a long period normal working and daily maintenance. The machine adopts the PLC for controlling, which brings easy operation and exploration the glass position automatically when sandblasting.

GLASS WASHING MACHINE

● Washing and drying section can be lifted for 360mm for easy maintenance.

● Bevel gears are adopted for steady and synchronous transmission.
● All rinsing areas are equipped with efficient spraying nozzles to have the best result by less possible water usage. The nozzles can be taken down easily for daily cleaning.
● Inverter used for transmission. 
● Each section of the washer is with separation so dirty water won’t go across to each other.
● The water proof system has rubber bars, rubber pads and stainless steel to prevent any water coming out.
● Speed of the washer will be 1-12m/min and it’s adjustable.
● Filters will be set on the tanks and they can be easily taken out for cleaning and the can be reused.
● Water in all tanks are recycled and can be reused. 
● Metal parts in touch with water are in stainless steel: covers, tanks, filters, spraying pipes, brushes and rollers shaft ends, pans and protection parts in washing zone.
